Who we are

blipblip is operated by SmartApps LLC. Questions about these terms go to info@smartapps.design.

Using the studio

blipblip lets you design, preview, save, and export synthesized interface sounds. You can use it without an account.

Sounds you create and the code you export are yours. You are responsible for how you use them in your own projects. Do not use the service unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt it or work around its access limits.

Accounts

Signing in enables private saved sounds and paid export access. Keep your account secure and contact us if you believe someone else has accessed it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by email.

Free exports and paid access

Each account includes 5 free exports. After that, exporting requires an active subscription or a lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled. A lifetime purchase is a single payment and does not renew.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the subscription modal in the studio, which opens Creem's customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals. Paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and ends at that point.

Payments and refunds

Creem is the merchant of record for every purchase. That means Creem is the seller for the transaction, handles the payment, and administers refunds under its own policy. Refund requests are made through Creem's customer portal or by contacting Creem. If you are unsure where to start, email us and we will point you to the right place.

Statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal that applies where you live, are not affected by these terms.

Availability and limitations

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change. Saved sounds are stored on a best-effort basis — keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may suspend or end access to an account that abuses the service or breaches these terms.

If these terms change materially, the date above changes with it. See also our Privacy Policy.
